Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal financial data you enter into the calculators. All calculations are performed locally on your device.

We may collect the following through Apple's standard frameworks:

• In-App Purchase transaction records (processed by Apple; we receive only confirmation of successful purchase)
• Crash reports and basic diagnostics (via Apple's standard crash reporting, if enabled by you)

Information We Do Not Collect

• Your name, email address, or contact information (unless you voluntarily provide it to book a session)
• Your income, tax, or financial data entered in any calculator
• Your location data
• Device identifiers for advertising purposes

AI Tax Assistant

The AI Tax Assistant sends your typed questions to Groq, Inc. (groq.com) over an encrypted HTTPS connection to generate a response. Groq does not use your data to train its models. Your calculator inputs and financial data are never sent to Groq — only the text you type in the AI chat.

Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store / StoreKit — Handles all payment processing. We do not see or store your payment card details.
• Groq, Inc. — Powers the AI Tax Assistant. Only your chat messages are sent, not your financial data.
• Calendly — Used for session scheduling. Subject to Calendly's Privacy Policy.
• Google Meet — Used for video sessions. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

No financial or personal data entered in the app is stored on our servers. Session booking information (if provided) is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the service.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
