Frequently Asked Questions

Is the app really free?

Yes. All tax calculators are free with no subscription. The only paid features are live advisor sessions, purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.

How accurate are the calculations?

The app uses the current 2025 CRA federal and provincial rates. Results are estimates for planning purposes. Always verify with CRA or a licensed CPA before filing.

I purchased a session — what happens next?

We'll contact you at the email linked to your Apple ID within 1 business day with a Calendly link to book your 30-minute Google Meet session.

Can I get a refund?

Sessions are non-refundable once purchased. For Apple In-App Purchase refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All calculators work fully offline. The AI Tax Assistant requires an internet connection to generate responses.

Which provinces are supported?

All 13 — Ontario, Quebec, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland & Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
